About the Company

Fasad-Bud Private Enterprise was created in 2001, and today it occupies strong positions at the building market of Kyiv.

Since its creation the Company has positioned itself as building and, assembling one, however, beginning with the first construction projects gained such specialization as concept-based construction of shopping malls of up-to-date level. From the height of today, one can surely say that every customer who applied to us received not only built object, but also streamline controlled business in its trading center.

With our old-established partners (consultants, designers, developers, etc.) we are ready to design and create such project that will be the most demanded at the territory and provide maximal profit to its owner at any offered site. .

Main Directions of Activities

Today specialized directions of the Company’s activities are:

- control of package job contract and construction of shopping malls;

- assembly of façade systems and ventilated facades;

- assembly of roofing systems and water disposals;

- equipment of industrial floors;

- diamond concrete cutting and drilling;

- interior design and repair of premises of any complexity;

- services of specialized machines (mobile cranes, skylifts, excavators);

- rent of construction scaffolding and hanging stages.

Finishing coat of facades with ceramic granite and LIBERTO 100 aluminium curtain wall panels.
Total area of facades subject to finishing coat on the three bulks of the complex is 10000sq. m.
Besides, Fasad-Bud has performed fitting of industrial floors, interior decoration and roofing works.
